a griffin mask that I made. it was all made by scratch and I used brass fasteners for the joint in the mouth, so it moves with you jaw. I used foil to make a cheap mold, and paper mache was used over the foil. and when I made a basic face mask (with no beak. just a full face mask) and then I popped it off, cut out the beak pieces and tapped the top together, and the bottom jaw together. then I tapped the beak on the face, and cut it in half along my mouth line, and then I attached the bottom jaw cardstock paper to the paper mache bottom jaw. then I used the brass fasteners and cut a small hole in it that lined up for it could move. and then I put mache on it, and painted it after I put the eyes on.

I love that!
You made a mask, one day, so vast, so nice, it blew me away.
I loved that mask, I really did,
reminds me of the time when I was a kid,
I'd hit things, over and over, never seeing such love,
then I remembered I heard it from above,
I didnt see it, I was wrong,
I heard it, I smelt it, like raw pong.
So now you see, why I love so much
other things would have to clutch.

thanks! It freaks my mom out. lol you should ahve seen her when I had it on. I snuck up behind her and I cocked my head and waited behind her. and when she turned around she jumped off the ground! lol

I broke into hysterical laughing. I bought suffacated my self I was laughing so hard! lol I've face planted a bed before. I was throwing a blanket over my parents bed and I threw too hard and my feet went into the air and my face ate the bed. and the thing is, the bed was on the floor! lol. I almost passed out I was laughing so hard! X3
